Admissions

If you are coming from abroad the process is as follows: 
 

1. Establish personal contact with the Skywalker Team via email or WA. 

2. Complete the ONLINE Admission Registration FORM and provide a LETTER OF REFERRAL from a previous school.  

3. Book the dates and Pay for the TRIAL MONTH.

4. Upon successful completion of the TRIAL MONTH you will receive a SUMMARY DIAGNOSTIC LEARNING ASSESSMENT REPORT and decision from the Faculty with regard to OFFER of MEMBERSHIP.

5. If the class group you are applying is full we will inform you and place you on a WAITING LIST before you start the TRIAL MONTH. 

In the TRIAL MONTH we conduct a comprehensive DIAGNOSTIC LEARNING ASSESSMENT for all our students. At the end of this month we provide a clear and easy to understand SUMMARY, which includes:

 

• a computer-based assessment of ten academic topic areas (provided by IXL analytics); 

• an academic summary report for English, Maths and Reading

• and non-academic report for learning skills, attitudes and behaviour.

 

We do this FREE OF CHARGE (this report is valued at Rp 4,5 million), to help us establish a better understanding of the individual needs of the student and guide us to the best strategies for assisting the learning development of the student. 

​If you are currently a resident (or processing residency via immigration) the process is as follows:

1. Establish personlal contact with the Skywalker Team via email or WA. 

2. Make an appointment to tour the centre and meet with one of the Principal Teachers.

3. Book a TRIAL DAY

4. Upon successful completion of the TRIAL DAY and confirmation from the classroom teachers; complete the online admission registration FORM.

5. Book the dates and Pay for the TRIAL MONTH.

6. Upon successful completion of the TRIAL MONTH you will receive a SUMMARY DIAGNOSTIC LEARNING ASSESSMENT REPORT and decision from the Faculty with regard to OFFER of MEMBERSHIP.

Because we have TRIAL systems in place to allow selective practices - as well as a very strong emphasis on the value of building good inter-personal relationships within the community. 

We are very well placed to get to know the families who attend the school, on a personal level. And this also allows us to encourage and facilitate social interactions, gatherings, and functions for both the kids and the parents. All leading to stronger relationships amongst the students in and out of the classroom, as well as the families who are looking to build relationships in the community.

 

Although this practice is very much focused as a complimentary benefit to the education and learning - it greatly enriches the wider community of learning, with many benefits for health, wellness, business, friendship, cultural awareness etc.
